Terms & refunds

We’re finalizing our service terms before opening for orders. Payments are not being accepted yet.

A request is not a purchase

Submitting a request asks us to review an item and delivery feasibility. It does not reserve stock or guarantee a price. We check the seller’s model, options, availability and estimated delivery timing, and confirm accommodation receiving arrangements before issuing a quote.

Your quote and payment

Quotes list the item cost, domestic shipping and service fee separately in Korean won, with an expiry time. Item cost is the total for the stated quantity. Review the exact product and options before approval. We purchase only after your approval and confirmed payment. Your card issuer may apply conversion charges.

Delivery to your accommodation

Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Accommodation receiving rules vary. We do not promise hotel partnerships, same-day delivery, or guaranteed arrival. We will contact you if a seller or delivery delay affects your stay.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may request cancellation before payment using your private request page. After payment, use that page to ask for a refund review. The operator will check whether the item has been purchased or dispatched, the seller’s return conditions, and applicable consumer requirements, then contact you about eligibility, any disclosed non-recoverable costs and timing. We do not mark a refund complete until the payment provider confirms it.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you about cancellation or alternatives. We will not substitute products without your agreement. This notice does not limit statutory rights. Final fee treatment, return address and refund timelines must be approved before payment opens.

Excluded requests

Medicines, dangerous goods, alcohol, tobacco, unlawful products and items unsuitable for accommodation delivery are excluded. Other requests may be declined after review.
