We’re finalizing our privacy notice before opening for requests. We are not accepting new customer information yet.

Who handles your information

The service operator’s legal name will be published before requests open.

What we collect and why

We collect your name and email, product link or description, options, quantity, optional budget and photo, accommodation name and city, and check-in and check-out dates. We use these details to review your request, prepare a quote and communicate order and delivery updates. We also record your consent, request time, payment references and status history.

Do not include passports, booking references, room numbers or card details in the form or uploaded images. Image metadata is removed when photos are processed.

Storage, access and sharing

Request records and images are stored in the service’s private database. Access is restricted to the operator and people holding the private request link. Keep that link secure. We share only necessary fulfillment details with sellers, delivery services and your accommodation when arranging an approved purchase.

When connected, our email provider delivers confirmations and updates, and our payment provider handles card details on its hosted checkout. We do not store card numbers. Provider identities, storage locations and any cross-border transfer details must be confirmed before the corresponding service opens.

Retention and your choices

The final retention schedule and applicable transaction-record requirements will be published before public launch. You may decline to provide information, but we cannot arrange a request without the required details. Contact the published privacy contact to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Cookies and assisted processing

We use an essential administrator session cookie. Your private request link is kept in your browser’s session storage while you view updates. We do not add advertising analytics. Optional assisted summaries use only product and date details; contact details and accommodation names are excluded. A person reviews the result.
