Accommodation policies vary. We confirm receiving arrangements before issuing a quote. We do not claim a partnership with your hotel.
What is included in the price?+
Your quote separates the item price, domestic shipping and our service fee. You can review the total in Korean won before approving and paying.
What happens if an item is unavailable or delayed?+
We contact you about alternatives or cancellation. We never substitute an item without your agreement. See our terms for cancellation and refund handling.
Is there anything I cannot request?+
We do not accept medicines, dangerous goods, alcohol, tobacco or other restricted items. All requests are reviewed for suitability before a quote is issued.
